Es un asco la administraciÃ³n!!!! No vengan a vivir aquÃ porque no van a recibir ninguna soluciÃ³n a sus necesidades solo para lo que les conviene como si la renta que pagamos fuera tan poquito dinero , estas personas se creen las dueÃ±as , Cuando solo son unas simples trabajadoras que no saben hacer bien su trabajo . Iâve been living here for several montos, and the experience has been far from pleasantâespecially regarding the office staff. They treat you with disdain. I wouldn't recommend living here, simply because of the poor office management, and I have felt discriminated against! It feels unfair. I really hope they pay attention to who they have representing this property; when you go to the office for help, you're met with a hostile reaction and see looks of annoyanceâit seems like they don't like their jobs. I live in a three-bedroom unit, yet suddenly I'm told I'm only entitled to one parking space. I pay my rent on time and have the same rights as any other resident, but unfair things happen here...the customer service is totally unprofessional.

Iâve been living here for several months, and the experience has been far from pleasantâespecially regarding the office staff. They treat you with disdain. I wouldn't recommend living here, simply because of the poor office management, and I have felt discriminated against! It feels unfair. The office never answers their phone. I have been trying to get ahold of the property manager for weeks. I have put in multiple work orders and they are just closed without being completed. There is one lady who answers the phone as if it is an inconvenience to do her job and try to assist people. I finally got through last week and asked for the manager, and was told she was in a meeting with her regional manager and to call back in 20-30 mins. So I do, and the rude one says, oh she is still on vacation.... Im sorry she was still on vacation randomly after she was just in a meeting?? And then stated that, oh well she wasnt feeling good so she went home. Okay so you lied... multiple times... got it. I then proceeded to tell her id like to have the manager reach back out to me and she refused to tale a message for her and told me to call back the next day... I have called multiple times throughout the day, for multiple days... NEVER a response or a call back. Still waiting for them to address MULTIPLE ISSUES.... Im sure they will be under new management, again, soon, and let's hope they hire someone that can at least act the part of a leasing agent and be polite.

I went in for information- they are offering a promotion for a year reduced rent - the heavy set shorter Hispanic girl with long black hair was extremely rude unfriendly and unprofessional Asking for INFORMATION she was quick upon me entering the office to let me know sheâs extremely busy and cannot do tours (to which i did not ask for) then in a condescending tone tells me like obviously I should know the rent will increase. Telling me all complexâ do this. Ok thank you rude young girl but I will not be renting here if this is a representation of who you deal with every time you need office staff assistance. Reserves at Northglen - beautiful property but bad representation.

Would not recommend at all these places used to be nice lived there almost 4 years recently someone brought roaches In the complex they started coming through the cracks into our unit they only came to spray once after that we never heard anything again from management it was to the point where we just moved out this place sucks!!!!!!

I have lived in these apartments for years and I have never seen worse management than now. There have been multiple cars that sit in parking spots with flat tires and donât move for weeks. I have tried calling management multiple times and each time I am unanswered and never get reached out to. When I need maintenance they role their eyes and laugh keep in mind I am never rude. They say they enforce rules but cars without parking permits are allowed to sit in spots without towing. They say the garbage is dealt with yet there is garbage everywhere. Also Iâm sure the apartments donât pass any health inspection codes there have been numerous things left to the walls and to the stairs. This management is horrible, and if your reading this never ever live here itâs not worth it you will only get ignored and an eye role from someone who thinks they are better because they are a âmanagerâ more like someone who gets paid to sit around all day.
