Truly from my perspective as a visitor applying for the first time I came here to do a tour for the unit that I want to purchase I was treated fairly with much respect and kindness thanks to this wonderful and outstanding woman her name is Gennel Antonio Navarro she helped me with questions that I needed answers too and she was very polite and even her friend (coworker) next to her in the office was also respectful kind and at ease when I called. I sincerely believe that they both should get a great raise on their paychecks and a lot of recognition for their great customer services . Because it’s not easy to be In a position where you’re constantly having to deal with all types of people with different personalities and attitudes Surely I’m looking forward in being in this particular complex for a while as long as I get approved.😊😊😊

I’ve been at this property for 2 years now and Jesus Estrada the maintenance supervisor has been absolutely amazing! He is very honest unlike most maintenance guys! Every time there is something wrong after hours like when our building had a gas smell he was there no questions! He and another maintenance man are ALWAYS picking up after the people that can’t seem to keep our complex clean!! And because of them our complex stays clean.

I only give a 5 star to Lisa the assistant property manager. She is amazing very professional helpful and is very kind finely someone knows what they are is doing. The property manager is just like the rest of the other's we had in the past. Syreeta is rude does not know what is she doing I always go to Lisa for everything. Syreeta is never in the office and when she and I do need to speak with her as the property Manager she is always always in a meeting never fails. She does not Return emails or voicemails. And whem I do get a chance to speak with her on the phone is is rude and quick to rush you off. I had an issue with my rent and I had some assistance back in early may.I and the company did our part as for the property she never responded back in a timely matter so it delayed my portion of my rent. This was on may 28th. I went back june 8th went into the leasing office ask the property manger if she had any up date she said she had a check but dont know who it was for. I then called the gal from the company who i been working with she told me the check has been in the office for a few weeks. At this point the property manager has me doing the run around I was so upset. Property manager called me 5 mins later after she also had to reach out to the same gal I just did to find out the check was for me. Syreeta had my portion in her office on her desk for a few weeks and she wouldn't take the remaining of my half of the balance on may 28th because her excuse was it was half payment when it was in her office this whole time and she charged me not 1 but 2 late fees of $97.15. I can tell by her professionalism and her work ethic she does not have a lot of experience as a property manager. So my 5 stars goes to Lisa.

I haven’t lived in an apartment for 15+ years, due to some last minute life changes I had to find a spot in a hurry and was nervous to get into an apartment. The people in the office were helpful, friendly and able to get us qualified. All the reviews about denials and what not, people need to realize with income restricted properties, it is very hard to qualify. You have to make enough to afford the unit but also can’t make too much or else your exceed the income cap. All and all the apartments are nice and pretty quiet. My only complaint is some of the parking sizes can be a little small, also just recently we haven’t been able to get visitor parking passes so we have to have visitors park on the street.
