This place is an absolute joke. They told us an apartment number, move in date, put a holding fee on the unit ect.. Then it was one thing after another from "compliance". Including my daughters birth certificate, to exact amounts in my bank account and our whole life story. It's a tax credit place meant to help but it does the opposite. Chris the regional manager was rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and all he told me is to contact his legal team the first convo we had. Then after actually looking at my file... called back with a different tune and another possible "solution" but at this point it's been beyond a waste of time and energy. With renting the way it is in this state right now, to drag us along for a month with every indication of approval.. including a welcome letter!!!... is absolutely unfair, especially when its only like $150 cheaper than a 3 bed next door ð¤¦ð»ââï¸ð¤¦ð»ââï¸ð¤¦ð»ââï¸

This is the worst place to live because of the lack of communication and the tow company that works for them! They will tow anything any chance they get! They towed my truck because it was over the line and werenât willing to do anything about it!

They have a new staff every 2 months. The maintenance is horrible. They take months to fix an issue and it's not minor issues it's major issues such as leaks, mold and plumbing. Cock Roaches sneak through because residence are having their kids dig through the trash cutting up old mattresses and couches and taking them home. I let the new manager know the issues with cock roaches and her response was we live in low income affordable houses and that's to be expected. She hung up on me and kept forwarding my calls saying the office was closed. New management and staff are rude as hell!! The always smell like piss cuz the kids pee in there. The hallways are full of trash. Babies are being left outside unattended for hours. Cops don't do anything about it. Kids play baseball in the parking lots hitting residence cars. It's horrible!! 2300 for rent is ridiculous for these apartments. Just because it's affordable housing doesn't mean we have to live like it and management doent have to act like it!
