So overpriced it will make your head spin

I went in last Wednesday & completed an application. I paid $150 holding fee and the $26.30 application fee. Erin was extremely rude from the beginning of the time that I was there, however she was able to finish the visit professionally. She told me it would take one to two weeks to confirm whether I was approved or not. If I was not approved then I would get my $150 holding fee back. I received an email that notified me because of my credit I am not approved only TWO days later. I responded to the email and got no response. I had the understanding that they were looking at multiple factors for the approval process. When I called today 3/21 she answered the phone and when I asked to speak to her manager she got upset and hung up the phone on me. I tried to explain that I have a hard time understanding the explanation of why I was denied and what the next steps would be as it was difficult for me to understand what the process was to begin with when I first had my encounter with her last week. She then proceeded not to answer the phone and told me that her manager is unavailable and would not even allow me to leave a voicemail for her manager. I am extremely upset because now she's not answering the phone and just hanging up on me every time I call. Now I have to drive to the apartments in order to get an answer & my $150 back. I do believe they pick and choose who rents at this property. I recommend not moving into these apartments as the unprofessionalism is extremely inappropriate.

Me and my boyfriend applied at this property because we got told from one of the temp workers that works in the leasing office that we would qualify because we make under the limited amount and to come to found out we are overqualified, I went in to asked how are we overqualified. She didnât have a and for me , I feel like they pick and choose who rents from them

OMG if there was no star rating it would apply here nicely! With the exception of Jordan, they have a dreadful management team that don't even know basic housing laws! It's pathetic!
