Management here is a joke, practically non existent. When I moved out because of a report of bed bugs in our building I gave them my 30 day notice. When I went in to the office to turn in my keys on the date they were due the lady who did my paperwork was not there and the other girl couldn't find my papers! 30 days and they "lost" my info. The ladie who was there said "We'll ask that girl when she returns where they are." I completed the necessary paper with her to turn in my keys and took a picture of it this time because of their incompetence. I asked them to schedule a walk through of the apartment with maintenance. They said they would be in touch when they had availability. No call, every single time I called no answer. It's like they ignore the phone lines on purpose. Months went by and no call, no answer. I figured well they must have just finalized it all on their own. I left that apartment in better condition than what I moved in to. I recently received an email from a collections agency talking about an unpaid balance from Reserve at Northglenn!! They didn't bother to try and contact me once!! No email, no phone call, no answer on their phone line. I finally made the 45 minute drive up there to speak in person and the manager was not even there at 2pm on a Thursday!! I am completely fed up with the negligence of this place. I am disputing these false charges against me and I will sue if it comes to it. This place is absolute trash. The apartments, the grounds, a lot of the people living there, the parking lot, the pool, the dumpsters, all of it. I was so disgusted everytime I had to go from my apartment to my car in the parking lot. They do not clean up anything, trash all over rotting food, dog poop, bird poop, tons of children unsupervised vandalizing everything even people's cars in the parking lot. I was doing everything I could to get out of this place. The notice of bed bugs in the building was the last straw. Avoid this place like the plague cause I'm sure it's there somewhere. I will be pursuing all avenues to dispute these false charges and take it to court if it comes to it. The violations of basic renters rights is grounds to be owed compensation from them! Maintenance never fixed anything, never cleaned, never responded to complaints. It took a google reveiw for them to finally give me a screen in 2 windows after months of attempting. I need corporate to take care of this immediately. My next step is to report you all to The BBB!
