Please do not apply here. I walked in to speak with someone when I was approached by an attitude. I walked in and asked about some information. A girl name Cindy I believe walked up to me practically throwing the paperwork at me. That threw me off guard then immediately making me want to leave. I looked over sometimes and asked basic questions like what pets werenât allowed. Asking that question made it seem like a whole inconvenience to her day. She huffed and puffed the entire time. It then got to the point she kept interrupting everything I had to say/ask. I feel as if I was to apply it would be nothing but problem after problem. Reading the comments about the application process troubles theyâve had definitely had me throwing the application away. Iâm sorry but I do NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be talked to like a two year old and constantly interrupted. Extremely unprofessional behavior right off the back. I wouldnât throw a potential resident paperwork, I would hand it to them as they are a human. Cindy needs to be trained better in the professional aspects. I donât think throwing papers, interrupting people or have a personal conversation on a personal phone while assisting a FUTURE residents. I pray you fix this problem before it makes things worse for the company. Not to mention walking into the office waiting FIVE minutes listen to Cindy bad month the residents by name before she even realized I was in the office. I just hope she doesnât do that all the time. Who knows what information she is letting into the wrong hands.

I've never seen an apartment complex more dirty than this place. The hallways are cringy and disgusting, they are never swept. The walls have never been washed. Other complexes at least use pressure washer once in a while. Residents are allowed to leave furniture by the door. The dumpster is absolutely horrid. Trash is left on lawns. But rent is raised every year.

Management here is a joke, practically non existent. When I moved out because of a report of bed bugs in our building I gave them my 30 day notice. When I went in to the office to turn in my keys on the date they were due the lady who did my paperwork was not there and the other girl couldn't find my papers! 30 days and they "lost" my info. The ladie who was there said "We'll ask that girl when she returns where they are." I completed the necessary paper with her to turn in my keys and took a picture of it this time because of their incompetence. I asked them to schedule a walk through of the apartment with maintenance. They said they would be in touch when they had availability. No call, every single time I called no answer. It's like they ignore the phone lines on purpose. Months went by and no call, no answer. I figured well they must have just finalized it all on their own. I left that apartment in better condition than what I moved in to. I recently received an email from a collections agency talking about an unpaid balance from Reserve at Northglenn!! They didn't bother to try and contact me once!! No email, no phone call, no answer on their phone line. I finally made the 45 minute drive up there to speak in person and the manager was not even there at 2pm on a Thursday!! I am completely fed up with the negligence of this place. I am disputing these false charges against me and I will sue if it comes to it. This place is absolute trash. The apartments, the grounds, a lot of the people living there, the parking lot, the pool, the dumpsters, all of it. I was so disgusted everytime I had to go from my apartment to my car in the parking lot. They do not clean up anything, trash all over rotting food, dog poop, bird poop, tons of children unsupervised vandalizing everything even people's cars in the parking lot. I was doing everything I could to get out of this place. The notice of bed bugs in the building was the last straw. Avoid this place like the plague cause I'm sure it's there somewhere. I will be pursuing all avenues to dispute these false charges and take it to court if it comes to it. The violations of basic renters rights is grounds to be owed compensation from them! Maintenance never fixed anything, never cleaned, never responded to complaints. It took a google reveiw for them to finally give me a screen in 2 windows after months of attempting. I need corporate to take care of this immediately. My next step is to report you all to The BBB!

I have been waiting since I moved here in February 2023 for a bedroom window screen. I have spoken to countless rotating staff members as well as management, more than once, about needing a screen and still don't have one. I even spoke directly to maintenance who told me they don't even have extra screens! Maintenance also told me a lot of people were needing screens and screen doors. Several times different staff members told me they were coming that day to fix it, and never showed up. I was told I could pick the screen up at the office because I offered to put it in myself. Went to get it and no one knew about any screen. The work order had been marked as complete! I have been forced to use air conditioning more because I can't open the windows. I have children so this is a safety issue on the 3rd floor and I don't want bugs or animals inside. This simple issue has caused my cost of living to increase for months. It's almost impossible to reach office staff by phone. If they're preoccupied they just don't answer the phones. I saw it first hand while standing in the office. Instead of answering phones and placing people on hold, then returning to assist them,they just continuously ignore the phone. Not everyone has the time or ability to come into the office consistently just to get simple maintenance issues resolved. Staff should be answering the phones simultaneously with other tasks just like any other professional office.

I haven't found this "a breath of fresh air" . I waited 2 years to get here. I lived in ND. They told me an apartment that I was waiting for opened up. I called 5x to make sure before moving to CO. After I got here I came to do paperwork only for them to tell me we don't have an apartment that is accessible with a wheelchair..leaving me homeless for 2 months. Office staff changes frequently. Trash is always an issue with overflowing or snow and ice blocking the bins. If you don't get trash IN the dumpster they dig in your garbage for a name to charge you 75.00.
