Iâd give no star if possible but Iâm looking for a new place to stay and the price options caught my eye so I obviously had to hit em up. But wait I couldnât even get ahold of them every time I call the system says they are helping other customers my 1st call was at 1:21 then I called again at 1:32 again at 2:21 and last call at 2;30 so in total a hour. I figured maybe lunch so Iâll wait to call again at 3 but I doubt Iâll get an answer it shouldnât take that long though Iâm just sayin. If they can get back to me before I sign a lease else where Iâll think about changing my review. TIL then it sticks to what it says. If you ask me I think they have their lines set up that way so they donât have to answer the phone

The New Assistant manager Lisa is so nice ans helpful since the new management take over I'm happy to see all the new changes lisa is amazing I hope she stays â¤ï¸ she has the office open and and the office is so welcoming with lisa in the office Thank you lisa
