The property is nasty, the management is not friendly. Besides Lisa! She took her time to listen to what I had concerns about and actually tried her best to help me! She is kind and helpful! The property manager how where is very rude and treats people poorly! She has attitude and not professional at all! Please be careful before you come here. They don’t care about you all they care about is doing you wrong. But by far Lisa has helped and listened to me and my concerns like no other! She is the best!

Lisa the assistant property manager. She is amazing very professional helpful and is very kind finely someone knows what they are is doing. The property manager is just like the rest of the other's we had in the past. Syreeta is rude does not know what is she doing I always go to Lisa for everything. Syreeta is never in the office and when she and I do need to speak with her as the property Manager she is always always in a meeting never fails. She does not Return emails or voicemails. And whem I do get a chance to speak with her on the phone is is rude and quick to rush you off. I had an issue with my rent and I had some assistance back in early may.I and the company did our part as for the property she never responded back in a timely matter so it delayed my portion of my rent. This was on may 28th. I went back june 8th went into the leasing office ask the property manger if she had any up date she said she had a check but dont know who it was for. I then called the gal from the company who i been working with she told me the check has been in the office for a few weeks. At this point the property manager has me doing the run around I was so upset. Property manager called me 5 mins later after she also had to reach out to the same gal I just did to find out the check was for me. Syreeta had my portion in her office on her desk for a few weeks and she wouldn't take the remaining of my half of the balance on may 28th because her excuse was it was half payment when it was in her office this whole time and she charged me not 1 but 2 late fees of $97.15. I can tell by her professionalism and her work ethic she does not have a lot of experience as a property manager. So my 5 stars goes to Lisa.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while, and unfortunately, my experience with the leasing office staff has been extremely disappointing. For over six months, I’ve submitted multiple requests to address a serious issue with bathroom ventilation—a basic necessity that directly impacts health and safety. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. The lack of ventilation has caused significant moisture buildup, leading to mold growth and respiratory health concerns. What’s worse is the indifference and lack of urgency from the leasing staff. They’ve been unresponsive, dismissive, and at times, outright unhelpful, offering vague assurances with no follow-through. Maintenance requests of this nature should never be ignored, especially when they compromise tenants’ health. This kind of neglect reflects poorly on the management’s priorities and raises concerns about how seriously they take tenant welfare. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call. Until the issue is resolved and the staff takes tenant concerns seriously, I cannot recommend this complex to others. What’s particularly frustrating is the double standard: while they ignore critical maintenance issues for months, they are extremely prompt when it comes to collecting rent. We’ve always paid on time, and yet if we happen to be even a single day late, they’re quick to issue late fees without hesitation.

I had scheduled an appointment to view the grounds as a potential tenant weeks in advance. When I had arrived, the management told us to leave as they weren't accepting applications. Dissapointment is the least I can express.

I’d give no star if possible but I’m looking for a new place to stay and the price options caught my eye so I obviously had to hit em up. But wait I couldn’t even get ahold of them every time I call the system says they are helping other customers my 1st call was at 1:21 then I called again at 1:32 again at 2:21 and last call at 2;30 so in total a hour. I figured maybe lunch so I’ll wait to call again at 3 but I doubt I’ll get an answer it shouldn’t take that long though I’m just sayin. If they can get back to me before I sign a lease else where I’ll think about changing my review. TIL then it sticks to what it says. If you ask me I think they have their lines set up that way so they don’t have to answer the phone
