Wonderful place, had a tour with Gennel and she was very professional and she made sure to answer every question I had, when I got there the ladies at the front where very kind and made sure I felt welcome

Truly from my perspective as a visitor applying for the first time I came here to do a tour for the unit that I want to purchase I was treated fairly with much respect and kindness thanks to this wonderful and outstanding woman her name is Gennel Antonio Navarro she helped me with questions that I needed answers too and she was very polite and even her friend (coworker) next to her in the office was also respectful kind and at ease when I called. I sincerely believe that they both should get a great raise on their paychecks and a lot of recognition for their great customer services . Because it’s not easy to be In a position where you’re constantly having to deal with all types of people with different personalities and attitudes Surely I’m looking forward in being in this particular complex for a while as long as I get approved.😊😊😊

I’ve been at this property for 2 years now and Jesus Estrada the maintenance supervisor has been absolutely amazing! He is very honest unlike most maintenance guys! Every time there is something wrong after hours like when our building had a gas smell he was there no questions! He and another maintenance man are ALWAYS picking up after the people that can’t seem to keep our complex clean!! And because of them our complex stays clean.

I applied for an apartment and unfortunately never received any follow-up regarding my application. While the staff seemed nice and the property appeared clean and well-maintained, there was a complete lack of communication from the office. When I visited to fill out a paper application, the experience did not feel welcoming. I’ve also called and emailed about receiving my holding fee back and still haven’t received a response. I believe the staff could benefit from additional training on communication and creating a more welcoming experience for applicants.

there has been mold in my bathroom for months to a year now and they still havent come to fix it. management is so shitty and not to mention the neighbors who let their kids throw food and toys EVERYWHERE. and they dont tell them anything its disgusting.

They have been several times. High turn rate of office and maintenance. You will go months without repairs. Alot of mold issues. I have lived here 10 years it has only gotten worse. Especially dealing with the office.

I am currently a resident here and Alisa is the most helpful and knowledgeable person in this office since I’ve lived here absolutely love her! Her customer service skill is the best!!! I refuse to talk to anyone else!

Management changes on the reg. Nobody cares about your problems. They tell you what you want to hear, then turn a deaf ear after moving in. Run from here.👎

Lisa the assistant manager Was amazing very helpful i wish she was still in the office i submited an aplicación the property manger is nit a very nice person rude unperfestional after i submit an aplicación she stated i needed to resumit it again that office so uninviting with out lisa i thought she was the manager lisa Was nice
